I love it when a wedding feels like one big family gathering. That's exactly what Joyce and Jonas created at their Allied Arts Guild celebration – a day that felt like everyone was just hanging out in the most beautiful garden party ever.

The Allied Arts Guild is a breathtaking venue in Menlo Park, featuring classic Spanish architecture and beautiful gardens and art. Featuring a sophisticated palette of ivory, white, and soft blush with vibrant floral accents, their wedding embodied classic romance. This created the perfect canvas for an unforgettable night celebrating their love and community.

You could tell every single person there – all 50 of them – were truly special to them. They didn't just say it, they showed it by writing personal letters to each guest and placing them at the reception tables. I may have sneaked a few photos of people wiping away happy tears while reading their notes (sorry not sorry!).

The reception speeches were something else – one heartfelt toast after another from their bridal party, each one more touching than the last. There were so many tears flowing that Joyce jokingly announced everyone must be having "allergies" that day.

And just when everyone thought the night couldn't get any sweeter, the familiar jingle of a Mr. Softee ice cream truck filled the air. Let me tell you – there's nothing quite like watching a bride and groom share a melting ice cream cone, or seeing grandparents and kids alike lining up with the biggest smiles on their faces. It was the perfect way to end a day that was so authentically Joyce and Jonas.
